National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the date
sheets for Class 10 and 12 examinations amid coronavirus lockdown.
Earlier the exams were supposed to be held in March-April 2020. However,
due to coronavirus outbreak, the exams were postponed.
Class 10 exams will begin from July 17, 2020, and will end on August 11, 2020, while class 12 exams will start from July 17 and end on August 13, 2020.
NIOS exams
were postponed due to coronavirus outbreak and an official notification
was released on April 14, 2020. "In supersession of previous
notification no. 11/2020 and 12/2020, all examinations across India and
Overseas stand postponed till further orders," the notification said.
Students who will be appearing for the examination can check the date sheet on the official NIOS website nios.ac.in.
Class 10 exams will begin from July 17, 2020, and will end on August 11, 2020, while class 12 exams will start from July 17 and end on August 13, 2020.
Generally,
there are separate datasheets for students taking exams in India and
for students taking exams abroad. However, the website is yet to get
updated with further details about the exams.
Students who will be appearing for the examination can check the date sheet on the official NIOS website nios.ac.in.
