 Mahatma Gandhi University UG Instant Exam Fee Notification Aug 2025 is now available and the following are the details.

The UG (BA / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc) – VI Semester Instant Examination is scheduled as follows:

Date: 30.08.2025 (Saturday)
Time: 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Subjects: All Papers
Semester: VI Semester

Note: The Principals are advised to inform the students who have paid the examination fee.

It is hereby notified that the Instant Examinations for UG (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA) – Regular Students of May/June 2025 Examinations who have failed in a single paper in Semester-VI and have no backlogs in previous semesters, and where passing this paper leads to the completion of degree, will be held in August 2025.

• Examination Fee: ₹1000/- (including memo charges)

• Last Date for Fee Payment: 22.08.2025 (at respective colleges)

• Note: This is a one-time provision for such students only.

Important Instructions:

1. Examination Date: 30.08.2025.

2. Candidates should pay ₹1000/- per paper at their respective colleges.

3. No applications will be entertained after 22.08.2025.

4. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted. Students must confirm eligibility with their Principals before payment.

5. Last date for EAF preparation & online submission: 23.08.2025.

6. Principals should submit two copies of the EAF to the Examination Branch by 25.08.2025.
