AP Ed.CET 2020: A
Common Entrance Test, designated as AP Education Common Entrance
Test-2019 (AP Ed.CET-2019) will be conducted by the CONVENER,
AP Ed.CET-2020, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of the Andhra
Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for admission in to B.Ed (Two
years) Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh
State for the academic year 2020-2021

- Last date for Submission of Online Application form with Late Fee of Rs.500/- :27.04.2020
- Date of the Examination:09.05.2020
AP Ed.CET 2020 Online Application @ sche.ap.gov.in
Eligible candidates may submit their applications through online mode only, by paying the application registration and processing fee of Rs.450/- for SC/ST, Rs 650/- for other through AP Online Payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit card and Net banking). The detailed information regarding eligibility, syllabus and model Question Paper, City test centers, related instructions and procedure for Online Submission of Applications are available on the websites sche.ap.gov.in/edcet.
Educational Qualifications
1. Candidates should have passed / appearing for final year examination of B.A / B.Sc / B.Sc Home science / B.Com / B.C.A / B.B.M at the time of submitting the application for entrance.Candidates should be required to produce marks memo and pass certificate at the time of admission.
2. Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% marks ( 40% marks for in case of SC / ST / BC / PH) either in the Master Degree in relevant subject or 5 years Integrated course in the relevant subject of Methodology or any other qualifying equivalent there to.
3. Candidates should have passed / appearing for final year examination of B.E / B.Tech with Science / Mathematics as one of the subject and candidates should secured a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
AP Ed.CET 2020 Exam Pattern
Exam
pattern of AP Ed.CET is such that the test paper is divided into three
parts. Part A and Part B need to be attempted by all aspirants. However,
Part C differs from candidate to candidate depending on their subject
preference. Aspirants can choose from five subject choices in Part C of
the test.
