AKNUCET 2019: Adikavi Nannaya University PG 1st Phase counseling schedule is released by DOA of AKNU today. Here is the detailed schedule.

Certificates to be submitted at the time of the Counseling

  1. NANNAYACET - 2019 Rank Card & Hall Ticket and Counseling fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PH).
  2. Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate. *
  3. Consolidated Marks statement of the Qualifying Examination.
  4. Transfer and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate last studied. Candidates who have completed /studied already or discontinued and seeking admission to second PG or professional course should submit TC relating to first PG course only. Duplicate TC relating to UG / PG degree should be accompanied by proper evidence of loss of original TC, Police complaint with not traceable and Affidavit. Candidates submitting false TC are liable for cancellation of seat at any stage and are liable for prosecution. (Admission will not be given if T.C of the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted).
  5. Migration Certificate (for other Universities candidates).
  6. Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/Matriculation or equivalent Certificate).
  7. Study Certificates for the last seven years or Residence Certificate for preceding seven years of the qualifying examination.
  8. Intermediate original certificate.
  9. Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EBC/Minority candidates.
  10. Valid latest income certificate issued by M.R.O./Thasildar if fee concession is claimed / white ration card (the validity of income certificate is for one year from the date of issue).
  11. 4 recent passport size Photos.
  12. Candidates opting for admission under NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH/NSS quota must produce relevant original certificates, in addition to the above. PH certificate must be issued by the concerned medical board in the Govt. hospital.
  13. Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed personnel.
  14. Physical fitness certificate from an Asst .Civil Surgeon.
  15. One set of Photostat copies of all the above certificates.
  16. After verification of the certificates, at the helpline center, the candidate will get all his/her Original certificates back except T.C., C.C. and Migration certificate. The receipt of these original certificates shall be given to the candidate.
Note (only for Special Category) :

  1. The Special Category counseling will be conducted only in the University campus on the particular dates mentioned against the category for all Ranks & all Tests.
  2. The candidates must report by 9.00AM on the respective dates of counseling with all required original certificates and course fee. Registration will be done between 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM only. If the candidate fails to register within the specified time (9.00 AM to 1.00 AM) his / her rank will not be considered for allotting the seats irrespective of merit.
  3. If the candidate gets admission, seat allotment will be done on the same day and he/she has to pay the total course fee immediately in the cash counter. Otherwise the candidate will lose the seat.

Note:* Candidates who cannot produce their Provisional Pass Certificate / Marks list of VI semester can produce a proof of clearing all subjects in VI semester.
