AUCET / AUEET 2017 Andhra University, Visakhapatnam have issued Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) Notification 2017 on March 3rd, 2017 and Andhra University, Visakhapatnam invite online applications for admissions into admissions into M.Sc., M.A., M.Com., M.H.R.M., M.J.M.C., M.L.ISc., M.P.Ed., M.Ed., M.Tech, M.Sc 5 -Year Integrated Course in Geology and M.A. 5-Year Integrated course in Economics, offered by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam through AUCET-2017 for the academic year 2017-18.
About AUEET 2017:
AUEET 2017 – The Exam of AUEET 2017 is the state level engineering entrance exam conducted by the Andhra University every year for the individuals who want to take the admission in the engineering courses provided by the University. You would be able to apply for the exam after the release of the official notification.

AUCET / AUEET 2017 Eligibility:
1 Candidates who have already passed their qualifying degree examination or who have appeared / are appearing for the final examination in 2017 only are eligible for AUCET-2017. Candidates qualified in advanced supplementary examinations of 2017 are also eligible.
2. Candidates seeking admission into various courses of study for which tests are conducted should appear forAUCET-2017.

Candidates from other recognized Universities are considered for admission into PG Arts and Science courses only if they possess a three year Bachelor Degree of 10+2+3 or 12+3 or 11+1+3 pattern, with the prescribed minimum percentage of marks, unless otherwise specified. Candidates who acquired Bachelor Degree by Distance Education without 10+2+3 pattern are also eligible for admission into P.G. Courses, subject to submission of residence certificate.
4. Bachelor Degrees of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.A.Litt. and B.L. from Universities other than AP should be recognized by the respective Universities as equivalent thereto.
5. The requirement for admission into all Science and Engineering Courses offered by these universities is a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Group Subjects (Part II) of the qualifying examination unless or otherwise specified. For SC and ST candidates, a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in group subjects (Part II) is sufficient.
6. The requirement for Arts, Commerce and Law courses is generally a pass in the appropriate qualifying degree, except for M.Sc. Anthropology for which the requirement is a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in group subjects (Part-II) in the qualifying examination and for SC& ST candidates, a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the group subjects. The requirement for M.Ed course is a pass with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC & ST Candidates).
